RUINS VINES
Materials: Smooth-On 57D, So-Strong Urethane Pigment, Mann 200 Release Agent
The Ruins vines are created using a variety of different shaped molds. After preparing the molds, each one is filled with 57D Semi-Rigid Smooth-On Urethane. After the product has cured (after approximately 30 minutes), each vine gets grinded and sanded down for better paint application. This process is repeated multiple times over the course of many days as each Ruins game requires a total of 63 vines. The vines are then passed off to the Scenic Paint department.
