RUINS TRIM
Materials: Smooth-On 65D, Smooth-On FOAM-IT 5, So-Strong Urethane Pigment, Mann 200 Release Agent
There are 6 different shaped molds for the Ruins Trim. After preparing the molds, each one is filled with either Smooth-On 65D Semi-Rigid Urethane or FOAM-IT 5. The flashing of each casting is then grinded off. This process is repeated several times for a total of 52 Trim castings for each Ruins game. The Rosettes are also part of the trim package and are later put together by our carpentry team.
